The Action Over Talk Difference
Unlike most training and coaching programs, we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we create custom programs that align well with each client’s unique lifestyle and goals. We keep detailed logs of their diet, workouts, and water intake and monitor progress through monthly weigh-ins. In addition, we offer basic nutritional guidance for meal planning and preparation and recommend fitness apps to help them stay on track.

The key to an effective fitness program is accountability. So I hold myself personally accountable in supporting my clients and motivating them to achieve their fitness goals with flying colors.

One-on-one, in-person training at a private training facility in the greater Seattle area. Includes a 12-week physique transformation plan, nutrition coaching, scientifically based training methods, and access to the trainer’s personal phone number for ongoing guidance and support.
